About The Position

The Operations Manager will lead and oversee all day-to-day branch operations, driving productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across operational teams. This role involves establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), managing staffing levels and scheduling, and recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing operational employees and supervisors. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for improving operational processes, inventory management, routing efficiency, and equipment utilization. Collaboration with the General Manager is key for identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing process improvements. The role includes conducting field visits to support operational teams in various environments and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience leading multiple departments and diverse teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in water treatment, service operations, route delivery, distribution, or a related industry is a plus.
