About The Position

Determine and manage support requirements including facilities, personnel, safety, and maintenance. Direct and coordinate program and employee activities designed to ensure effective and economic support. Analyze and evaluate design concepts to determine if concepts satisfy support requirements and study the relative supportability of alternative concepts. Position may direct research or technical studies to support logistic functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or demonstrated equivalent, and at least five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience is required.
  • Good oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of MS Office and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages region operational staff including ensuring staff is adequately trained; coordinate workloads, priorities, and schedules to ensure timely and effective completion of work; and monitor and evaluate staff performance and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Serves as Region Manager when the Region Manager is absent or on leave
  • In the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor, directs warehouse personnel accordingly
  • Ensures receipt, coordinate, direct, and manage all Consignments, Dispositions, Inquiries, & Requests.
  • Gather and track transaction data throughout month for Operations Activity Report / MMR/ Review MOD DMS data for accuracy and direct staff with appropriate corrections/updates.
  • Responsible for managing and tracking region Seized Property inventory.
  • Interact directly with government officials.
  • Works jointly with the Region Manager in coordinating activity between seizing agencies, subcontractors, field representatives, vendors, and headquarters personnel.
  • Assist with Region administrative, personnel, IT and facility points of contract to headquarters.
  • Responsible for the oversight of Auction activities to include property evaluation, display, sale planning, and execution.
  • Serve as Sales Lead during auctions.
  • Assist with cyclic government auctions
  • Direct line supervisor to all operational and clerical staff.
  • Provides refresher training as needed, and to new hires.
  • Reviews the SOW and SOPs annually or when updated and trains staff accordingly.
  • Responsible for the progressive disciplinary process in counseling, verbal, and written warnings; ensure a productive climate in the CSF operations
  • Review and approve invoices services identified on invoices for approval
  • Adhere to all safety policies
  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
