About The Position

The Operations Manager oversees the organization’s day-to-day operations to promote efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role manages operational processes and supervises a team of staff members across multiple locations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years’ managerial experience required
Proven operations or facilities management experience, including direct responsibility for managing staff
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
Familiarity with budgeting, financial management, procurement, and inventory controls
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal, team leadership, and staff management skills
Ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
Ensure operational activities are completed on time and within budget
Supervise and support a team across multiple locations
Oversee event-planning activities, timelines, budgets, vendors, and operational logistics
Develop and maintain operational and facilities budgets
Monitor resource allocation and identify opportunities to improve cost-efficiency
Oversee supply procurement and inventory management
Track expenses, review invoices, and report on budget performance
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers
