About The Position

The Operations Manager is accountable for profitability, development of leaders, and operational performance while ensuring standard operating procedures and system compliance in all four ZAXBYS locations in the group. ZAXBYS General Manger and Operations Trainer Certification will be acquired within a set timeframe upon hiring. Salary is $52,000+ depending on experience and relevant certifications.

• Ability to work 48 hours a week
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Travel between locations is required for the position
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed
• Restaurant management experience is required for this position
