We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and efficiencies across our client account in the Americas. You’ll develop strategies and ways of working, lead cross-functional teams to deliver results, and translate performance data into clear insights through accurate, high-quality reporting. This is a highly collaborative, process-oriented role that requires strong stakeholder management at all levels, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate needs, remove blockers, and deliver to tight deadlines—while consistently reinforcing a “one team” mindset and shared outcomes.
