About The Position

The Operations Manager role involves initiating, directing, and participating in community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates. This role also focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving financial performance, and coordinating job-related activities. The Operations Manager is responsible for upholding company values, promoting a culture of belonging, and acting with integrity. They will serve customers and members by delivering results, making data-driven decisions, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and learning.

Requirements

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
