About The Position

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day on-demand and dedicated courier operations in a high-touch, time-critical environment. This role is responsible for team leadership, service execution, and operational performance across a 24/7/365 operation. You’ll work cross-functionally with Dispatch, Customer Service, Driver Services and Leadership to ensure reliable service delivery and strong team accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of operations management experience in a fast-paced transportation logistics environment
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving accountability
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing real-time operations
  • Successful completion of: Background check, Drug screening, HIPAA, OSHA, and Bloodborne Pathogen training, TSA clearance completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily courier operations to ensure on-time, high-quality service
  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of operations employees
  • Create schedules, assign work, and monitor performance
  • Resolve escalated service issues and customer concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
  • Track and analyze operational metrics, reports, and service data
  • Partner with leadership to improve processes, efficiency, and scalability
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
