The role requires individuals with magnetic, high-energy personalities, outstanding interpersonal skills, and strong organizational habits. A successful Operations Manager ensures every detail is addressed accurately and on time. They must also possess genuine empathy to lead event staff with kindness, leadership, and professionalism, and be comfortable with both office/administrative work and the demands of "Day Of" event execution. Weekend and evening availability is required, as the company operates when clients and guests are celebrating. Qualified candidates should have a positive attitude.
