About The Position

The Operations Manager at Hunking Law, LLC is a crucial figure, responsible for overseeing and enhancing the case processing side of operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our team can effectively manage the workload while maintaining high standards of service and client support. The new Operations Manager will drive efficiency and scalability, fostering an environment where operational excellence aligns with the firm's mission to deliver outstanding client advocacy.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and forward-thinking approach.
  • Capability to consider systemic solutions rather than temporary fixes.
  • Comfortable iterating on SOPs/KPIs; experience in process optimization is a plus.
  • Experience in legal operations, case processing, or another professional services environment is beneficial but not required.
  • Familiarity with personal injury or case processing is helpful, though not mandatory.
  • Ability to anticipate potential operational risks, consider the broader consequences of decisions, and implement solutions with both immediate and long-term needs in mind.
  • Must be able to work onsite and travel regularly among the firm’s locations in the Willamette Valley, including Corvallis, Albany, Junction City, and the Eugene area, as well as attend local firm and community events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the case processing operations to ensure smooth and efficient case advancement.
  • Identify and implement enhancements in existing operational systems, focusing on scalability.
  • Act as a force multiplier by supporting and guiding the case processing team to remove bottlenecks and increase throughput.
  • Balance between strategic oversight and hands-on involvement to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple office locations to maintain alignment.
  • Use existing SOPs and KPIs to assess performance, diagnose gaps, and drive necessary updates.
  • Ensure system changes anticipate future needs, reinforcing the firm’s growth path.
  • Work closely with the Marketing/Intake Operations Manager to align front-end intake processes with case progression.
