Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in distribution/warehouse operations

- Customer-centric mindset—ensuring timely, safe, and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of DOT CDL Drivers, Administrative Support, Material Handlers, and Sales Associates within an assigned geographic area.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with all DOT regulations and federal, state, and local laws.
- Drive operational efficiency—from inventory management to customer service excellence.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless delivery of products.
- Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
- Manage expenses, logistics, and workforce planning for optimal productivity.
