Requirements

  • Experienced office or operations leader with team management background
  • Strong communicator and decisive problem solver
  • Organized, tech-savy, and KPI-driven
  • Experience in a service-based business preferred

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership Recruit, train, and coach office and sales staff
  • Set performance goals and hold the team accountable
  • Conduct reviews and build a high-performance culture
  • Sales & Growth Drive recurring revenue and corporate accounts
  • Track KPIs and improve conversion rates
  • Align marketing and sales efforts
  • Operations & Customer Experience Ensure smooth execution between sales and operations
  • Resolve escalated client issues professionally
  • Improve systems, workflows, and retention
  • HR Support Support hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking
  • Handle employee matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Escalate complex HR matters to senior leadership
