This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate scheduling, and high service standards. - Warehouse management experience
Responsibilities
- Monitor staging overnight operations and resolve service exceptions
- Train and onboard new team members
- Build, and manage inventory of the facility
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness
- Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance
- Review payroll and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations
- Track delivery exceptions and ensure timely resolution
- Review next-day delivery plans and adjust schedules as needed
- Submit nightly operations recap reports
- Attend weekly planning and operations meetings
- Conduct inventory checks and order supplies
