About The Position

DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an Operations Manager for its growing Entry Door Division in Atlanta, Georgia. The manager will assist with large projects and oversee Project Managers. The role involves managing teams and projects, supporting sales, and ensuring operational and customer-service goals are met. The position is in a hands-on, high-activity environment focused on meeting deadlines and delivering strong customer service.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of performance as a manager.
• Familiarity with the provider industry and knowledge of construction project management and installation of building materials.
• Ability to work with technical applications and mechanical/electrical systems, and to solve problems.
• Enjoy working in a hands-on, high-activity environment emphasizing deadlines and customer service.
• Successful completion of employment verifications, a background check, and a drug screen; driving-record verification is required if applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Door, Frame, and Hardware experience and/or Division 8 experience highly preferred.
• Experience managing teams of people and projects, as well as sales acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for various customers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, below budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Manage and improve operational processes and procedures.
• Work with other teams to drive sales across the department.
• Review monthly financial and operational reports.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Manage employee performance and provide coaching.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
