The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader and skilled communicator with a strong background in facilities management, capable of managing complex projects while ensuring compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Facilities Operations & Maintenance Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for building managers, Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of facilities operations and maintenance support from initiation through completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
