About The Position

Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. The Ear, Nose and Throat Specialty Clinic is dedicated to treating a range of ear, nose, throat, voice and neck conditions for both children and adults. The successful candidate will possess strong Practice Management experience, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of driving operational and patient care excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, health care administration or other related area Required.
• 5 years of relevant experience health care/medical practice experience or related work experience Required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role and/or role leading complex projects and initiatives.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and demonstrated ability to think strategically with a thorough understanding of strategic development Required.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, health care administration or other related area Preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and other medical practice systems Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the activities of team members within practices and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partners.
• Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations.
• Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing.
• Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence.
• May manage multiple sites and specialty programs.
