About The Position

Miller Integrated Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee their Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck, and Welding/Coating Operations in Port Lavaca, TX. This management-level position involves ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance across all service lines. The role requires strong leadership to manage a team of operators and technicians, coordinate projects, maintain equipment, and build client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial operations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
In-depth understanding of hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations, including equipment and safety protocols.
Familiarity with welding and coating operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work environments.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial operations.
At least 2 years in a supervisory role overseeing hydroblasting and vacuum truck, and welding/coating operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Familiarity with mechanical and other industrial operations.
Relevant certifications in hydroblasting, vacuum truck operations, and safety (e.g., OSHA).

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck, and Welding/Coating services, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators and technicians, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Plan and coordinate hydroblasting, vacuum truck, and mechanical projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed, conduct regular safety meetings, and address safety concerns promptly.
Monitor work quality, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions to meet client specifications.
Maintain accurate records of operations, including daily logs, incident reports, and maintenance records.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all Miller Integrated equipment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
