No two days look exactly the same here. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, initiatives, and team needs. You will oversee multiple departments and collaborate with team leads to set goals, review performance, and keep everyone aligned. You will lead pre-shift meetings, staff orientations, and support training for new hires. You will help build schedules, learning paths, and mentorships for team members. You will be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor — setting the tone through professionalism, communication, and teamwork. You will support guest experience by responding to questions, resolving issues, and keeping the front of house running smoothly. You will ensure all areas are clean, organized, safe, and guest-ready. You will assist with special events, promotions, league preparation, and day-to-day coordination. You will monitor inventory and supplies and communicate needs to leadership. You will operate POS systems, make announcements, and support lane and amusement operations as needed. You will handle opening and closing duties and help ensure safety, security, and proper use of company property. You will respond to incidents or injuries and complete required documentation when needed. In short: you’ll help keep the energy high, the team supported, and the experience exceptional.
