About The Position

Med One Group, a leader in the medical equipment rental and finance industry for over 25 years, is seeking a self-motivated Operations Manager to lead our distribution warehouse in Corona, CA. This is a full-time, salaried position with a starting base salary of $80,000-$95,000, depending on experience. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations while partnering closely with the Sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The Operations Manager provides leadership, direction, and development to a team responsible for medical equipment processing, delivery coordination, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in warehouse operations, operations management, or a supervisory role.
3 to 5 years of leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams, work independently, and take initiative.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
Proficiency with PC-based applications, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.

Oversee facility operations, including warehouse and office organization, cleanliness, supply inventory, coordination with home office IT, business licenses, and relationships with local property management.
Apply strong business and financial acumen by managing contracts and overseeing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and budgets to support account profitability.
Drive continuous improvement across processes, products, and services while embracing innovation, change, and adaptability.
Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours as business needs require.
Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours calls as needed to support staff and operations.
