Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience leading multiple departments with a focus on productivity, efficiency, and process improvement
  • At least 3+ years of experience coaching and developing direct reports, supporting career growth, and managing performance
  • At least 3+ years of experience working closely with teams across Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources

  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead Order Picking, Cleaning Facility, and Sanitation teams
  • Mentor Supervisors and Lead Hands, supporting career progression
  • Set clear roles, expectations, performance standards, and accountability
  • Foster strong team collaboration and engagement
  • Drive strategy and initiatives to improve employee engagement scores and overall team satisfaction
  • Own production budgets and KPI performance
  • Set annual targets and drive year-over-year improvements
  • Oversee labour scheduling, material flow, line optimization, and contingency planning
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, GMPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and audit readiness

  • Annual salary of $110,00-$120,000, commensurate with experience
  • Work schedule of Friday to Tuesday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with flexibility as needed to support operational requirements
