The Operations Manager oversees a high-volume, highly regarded practice spanning five departments across three floors. This role ensures alignment with Joint Commission standards and organizational policies while leading a multidisciplinary team of up to 24 direct reports, including Providers, Fellows, Registered Nurses, and Advanced Practice Providers. The ideal candidate brings significant healthcare operations experience, strong business acumen, and proven leadership within a complex clinical environment. This on-site, Monday–Friday position is ideal for a proactive, independent leader who is eager to contribute to continued operational excellence and organizational growth. Job Summary Responsible for the activities of team members within practices and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partners. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence. Manages multiple sites and specialty programs.
