This full-time position (40-hour workweek expected) involves coordinating and managing project schedules, deliverables, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution and successful project completion. The role also supports operational programs by maintaining training materials, orientation resources, clinical competency documentation, and compliance tracking. Additionally, the Operations Manager will generate and analyze operational reports from multiple systems to provide leadership with actionable insights and support organizational decision-making. This position serves as the primary liaison for patient advocacy initiatives by coordinating feedback, resolving concerns, and partnering with site leadership to improve the patient experience. The role also manages administrative operations including meeting coordination, project documentation, mobile device deployment, and operational support across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects, maintaining documentation, generating reports, and supporting operational improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Reliable transportation required for job-related travel
  • Flexibility to support changing business needs and work schedules

Responsibilities
