We are currently looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for being the first point of contact for any questions within the operations department and manage all customer related inquiries. This role will spend a large amount of their time working with the team directly on customer inquiries to ensure that we are continuously solving and enhancing the customer experience, as well as ensuring we are delivering customer orders on time and in-full. Supply Chain Management is a central part of the operations department and candidates should have at least 5 years of direct experience in this discipline. Candidates should be able to show a high degree of customer and relationship management as they will handle customer escalations within the Operations department. A large amount of cross-functional work will be done between our Customer Service and Sales teams on this point. Team management will be done through monitoring and reporting on team performance. Process improvement will be a central objective in identifying and ensuring team execution in these areas. This position is responsible for ensuring that we meet our department goals and KPIs.
