About The Position

Annexus Health is seeking a highly driven Operations Manager (Adparo) to join their growing team. This role is responsible for building the front-end and back-end teams for Adparo, Annexus Health’s tech-enabled service that assists healthcare organizations in managing patient assistance, as well as for overseeing Adparo accounts. The position requires outstanding team management, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience leading complex operations spanning multiple teams and stakeholders; and experience managing C-suite relationships and communications. The Operations Manager will act as the secret weapon of engineers, users, and the Support team by driving internal strategic and operational initiatives. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager of complex operations
  • Expertise in financial assistance management operations and strategy
  • Proficient in payer billing and requirements
  • Proven experience in healthcare billing
  • Ability to plan and structure department workflow and staffing
  • Comfortable managing the workflow for the entire process of bringing in a referral to billing
  • Ability to review and create efficiencies within the Adparo team
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of the team: help hire, develop, and mentor team members; plan for the future by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, gaps, and risks
  • Proactively contribute to the strategic direction and priorities of the Adparo team based on the needs of Annexus Health
  • Oversee the daily performance of our team of financial counselors and team leads
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to help make the Adparo team’s work more effective and efficient to meet the needs of Annexus Health
  • Contribute to the design, documentation, and execution of scalable client implementation and account management workflows
  • Work cross-functionally with other Annexus Health teams, including Product, Support, and Provider Solutions
  • Provide timely solutions to clients’ problems, build sustainable and continuous relationships with clients, and show initiative and drive when dealing with client requests
  • Onboard and set up processes for new clients as they come on board
  • Investigate client processes, optimizing the workflow to fit with Adparo processes and the creation and implementation of an SOP with Adparo processes
  • Monitor and verify that our overflow team is up to date with our current clients
  • Monitor and manage issues and escalate to the Director of Adparo as needed
