About The Position

Requirements
- 5+ years of healthcare operations and leadership experience required
- Strong track record of measurable professional accomplishments
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational results
- Experience building or improving operational processes and systems
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and ownership driven
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without constant direction

Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve day to day healthcare operations
- Take ownership of operational challenges and drive solutions from start to finish
- Develop and implement systems, processes, and workflows to support company growth
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Establish clear expectations and accountability across teams
- Lead and support team members while maintaining a high level of performance
