ShipMonk's Operations Managers are instrumental in driving significant business and personal growth within our rapidly expanding fulfillment network. This role involves leading either a specific functional operation (such as Inbound, Outbound, or Inventory) or an entire operational shift within a ShipMonk fulfillment center. A key aspect of this position is the responsibility to lead, develop, and engage a team of ShipMonk leaders, with a strong emphasis on inspiring, mentoring, and coaching them to achieve continuous individual and professional improvement. To succeed, Operations Managers must be adept at creative problem-solving, thinking innovatively, interpreting and acting on data, providing effective feedback across all levels, and achieving measurable business results that enhance productivity and efficiency.
