The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the Restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of Restaurant operations. The OM executes Restaurant operations functions, acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the Restaurant, and manages cash handling and ensures accountability. They enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards, execute shift management meeting Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards, and use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed. The OM deploys Crewmembers during a shift, provides exemplary customer service, and utilizes the reward and recognition program for the Crewmembers in the Restaurant. They authorize employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides, etc.), ensure cleanliness of the Restaurant and that the facility is in good working order, and complete other duties as assigned.
