Our Operations Managers are our leaders in logistics, proficiency, and safety. They are the core of ensuring the branch runs at its utmost efficiency by providing a safe and streamlined environment for our employees.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of management experience
A Degree in Business Management or Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience
Valid U.S. Driver’s license
Must be authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Manage the proficiency and overall profitability of the branch.
Hire, lead, and mentor field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
Enforce SavATree’s policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development resources for employees, including safety training.
Manage day-to-day logistics including scheduling & coordinating field personnel and equipment.
Manage inventory of supplies.
Oversee equipment repair/maintenance.
Maintain the branch’s reporting of profits and losses.
