The Operations Manager is responsible for Chapter duties related to office management, support of operations, finance, and human resources-related special projects. This role serves as a lead site contact for finance and HR related issues for the Philadelphia/Camden team, providing leadership in reconciliation, revenue/expense tracking, risk management, compliance, employee recruiting, and training. The Operations Manager will also oversee program site purchasing, manage program leader time to evaluate budget allocation, and ensure fiscal controls are in place. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the general office, supporting office technology, coordinating mail and shipping, managing program supply orders, and handling office subscriptions and travel. In marketing and communications, the Operations Manager will develop and maintain impact data and stories, write copy for campaigns, execute social media posts, develop marketing collateral, manage vendor relationships, and maintain a photo and video library. The role also supports fundraising efforts, donor recognition, PR, and marketing campaigns for staff recruitment. Special projects include managing and executing the annual fundraiser event and supporting other ASAS Philadelphia/Camden events. Collaboration with operations staff throughout the ASAS network and support for the Executive Director are also key aspects of this position.
