You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse in a variety of different functions including driving continuous improvement throughout all departmental operations by focusing on safety, production goals, problem solving, and team building with your warehouse team members. You’ll stay active throughout your entire shift in our fast-paced warehouse environment and will monitor production reports to ensure hourly KPI’s are met and/or exceeded. Requirements

At least five years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a team of 100 plus.
Proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet their production goals.
Previous experience managing P&L.
Previous experience implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
Previous experience creating a “Customer First” environment.
Highly reliable and responsible.
Excellent attendance.
Ability to consistently drive your team to meet goals and metrics.
Positive and respectful attitude.
Willingness to be coached and given feedback.
Physically able to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 30 pounds, while keeping your body in constant motion.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Willingness to authorize a pre-employment background check.
