• 3+ years in operations, branch, or service management
• Heavy equipment / service / logistics experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organization & multitasking skills
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office; NEXT a plus)

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day branch operations (parts, service, logistics)
• Coordinate service scheduling & dispatch technicians
• Support customers and resolve issues quickly
• Manage inventory, invoicing & workflow
• Drive efficiency, control costs & hit performance goals
• Lead, coach, and hold your team accountable
