Camping World is seeking an Operations Manager for our growing team. This role is responsible for maximizing installation sales, installation fees, and service fees by ensuring quality and timely product installations and repairs. The Operations Manager will supervise daily Service Department activities and shop personnel, providing support with technical installations and training employees on new products and safety procedures. They will monitor and review work schedules, customer feedback, technician productivity, and labor control reports, as well as track monthly departmental results and review the departmental budget with the Service Manager to optimize installation sales and fees. The position ensures productivity standards are met and provides "cradle to grave" customer service. Responsibilities may include answering phones, providing assistance, maintaining a safe work area, performing miscellaneous duties, and cross-training for other roles.
