About The Position

Clean Harbors in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Operations Manager to lead overall branch operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, cost-effective, and efficient day-to-day operations while driving business growth, operational excellence, and employee success. The Operations Manager will plan, lead, organize, and coordinate all aspects of daily branch operations, including optimizing equipment utilization, scheduling personnel, and improving operational efficiencies. This position plays a key role in maintaining a strong safety culture, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving branch performance goals. Note this position requires new hires to attend our two-week Academy training out of state. Expenses are covered by the company, and it is paid training.
