About OnsiteIQ OnsiteIQ is a construction intelligence platform that helps real estate owners, developers, and construction teams manage projects more effectively. Using AI-powered 360° visual data mapped to architectural plans, OnsiteIQ provides real-time visibility into construction progress, issue tracking, and stakeholder collaboration—without requiring teams to be physically on-site. As we scale nationally, we are investing in field operations and in the success of our gig network to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all markets. Role Overview The Operations Manager is responsible for managing both the gig network operations and the improvement of operational systems . This role is split evenly between overseeing a distributed contractor network and improving the tools, workflows, and processes that support field execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys building structure while scaling operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Network operations, gig network management, or systems/process improvement
  • Experience managing contractors, vendors, or distributed field teams
  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments, including network scaling or market launches
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Technical aptitude to evaluate, test, and implement systems, tools, and workflows
  • Based in NYC or open to relocating

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM or operations tools such as Salesforce, Intercom, HubSpot, or JustCall
  • 2+ years of experience working in a startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize workflows, systems, and automation to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Use KPIs, metrics, and operational dashboards to identify risks and guide decision-making
  • Identify early indicators of Network churn and proactively ensure coverage continuity
  • Document and implement SOPs to ensure consistent execution across markets
  • Manage market utilization and anticipate coverage risks before they impact delivery
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve operations tooling
  • Onboard, manage, and support a distributed network of Capture Specialists across multiple markets
  • Monitor contractor performance, reliability, and coverage to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Support new market launches and geographic expansion
  • Improve the day-to-day experience for field contractors through clearer processes and better tools
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to deliver a high-quality client experience
