Operations Manager
About The Position
HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for an Operations Manager to join their safety-conscious team. This team member will plan, lead, organize, and coordinate all duties associated with daily branch operations, including improving operational efficiencies through effective utilization of equipment and scheduling of personnel. The role involves interacting with the Sales Team, other support staff, and the Customer Contractor Manager to ensure customer expectations are met and/or exceeded. This is a great opportunity for transitioning military members to leverage their skills and training as they return to civilian life.

Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate all duties associated with daily branch operations.
- Improve operational efficiencies through effective utilization of equipment and scheduling of personnel.
- Interact with Sales Team and other support staff.
- Interact with Customer Contractor Manager to ensure customer expectations are met and/or exceeded.
