Manages all activities related to branch operations and development of branch services for assigned accounts by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. This role involves maintaining security operations business plans, providing input to service strategy, ensuring successful implementation of new contract start-ups, and proactively meeting client needs. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met, organizing operating activities with other functions and suppliers, and reviewing service and operating reports to resolve issues and minimize costs. Administrative duties include compiling and retrieving data for reports. The role also involves partnering with Human Resources for employee training on policies, procedures, and regulations, coordinating site-specific and client-specific training, and ensuring contractual scheduled hours are met with effective management of overtime costs. Reconciliation of security logs, review of incident reports, account audits, and development of operational procedures are also key responsibilities. The Operations Manager manages uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicle needs, maintains equipment inventory, and is responsible for assigned accounts and security personnel seven days a week, requiring availability via cell phone for emergencies.
