About The Position

Puddle Pool Services is looking for a strong people leader to run day-to-day operations and lead a growing team. This role is about leadership, accountability, and execution — not micromanaging or doing everything yourself. Pool experience is mandatory.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a leadership, management, or team lead role in the pool industry
• Experience managing people in operations, field services, or similar environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
