About The Position

The Operations Manager in a manufacturing environment is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of production and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and improving employee performance.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control operational costs effectively.
  • Operations management skills applied daily to coordinate production schedules, allocate resources, and lead teams toward meeting operational goals.
  • Employee performance management skills are essential for coaching staff, conducting evaluations, and fostering a productive work environment.
  • Workplace safety expertise ensures that all activities comply with safety standards, reducing risks and promoting employee well-being.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and manufacturing operations allows the manager to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Cost control skills are critical for budgeting, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality or safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
