Requirements

2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, maintaining quality assurance, overseeing safety and operational reviews, and developing action plans.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, listening, assigning duties, evaluating performance, providing recognition, setting clear expectations, and promoting a belonging mindset.
Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards by following the One Best Way service model, managing customer service initiatives, resolving customer issues, and providing process improvement leadership.
Assists the store manager in driving financial performance by ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved, reviewing P&L statements, controlling expenses, developing action plans for financial deficiencies, and participating in budget forecasting.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals, building accountability, measuring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Works collaboratively, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence.
Attracts and retains talent, empowers and develops talent, and recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
