About The Position

The Graduate School Operations Manager oversees our Application, Admission decision support system, back office document imaging and storage, and is our primary liaison for our CRM. This role not only supports Graduate School staff, but faculty and academic department staff, as well as prospective and current students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in business technology, information technology, systems engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of higher education, especially graduate education is preferred.
• Background in application systems, imaging systems, and other enterprise wide technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• All tasks in the implementation and maintenance of our application and admissions decision support system (currently CollegeNet). This includes working with departments to develop workflows for application review, organizing annual change requests, troubleshooting, configuring views for users, managing permissions, etc.
• Supervising staff who conduct document imaging processes and physical document storage.
• Desktop support, the electronic hardware and software used by graduate school staff and throughout the office. This involves general lifting of computer equipment (less than 20 lbs.) and installation involving some stooping and bending.
• Serving as the primary CRM (Salesforce) expert, crafting events, reports, forms, campaigns, etc. to support graduate recruitment and marketing.
