This role combines operational responsibilities with business development efforts, ensuring smooth logistics while driving growth through marketing and client acquisition.
Requirements
- Proficient software skills
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle last minute dealings to schedule
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate our customers as needed
- Proficiency in English
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations
- Enforce company and DOT safety procedures
- Ensure proper maintenance of facility and storage units
- Operate the Go Mini's truck to deliver and pick up portable storage units.
- Perform facility opening and closing functions
- Ensure trucks and forklifts are operable and are being maintained properly and following company procedures
- Prepare, evaluate, and balance the employee and delivery schedules
- Manage facility inventory and assets
- Successfully manage and collect past-due accounts
- Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency, safety, and goal achievement
- Assist with marketing initiatives and consistently build relationships with accounts
