As an Operations Manager within PNC's Collateral Asset Management organization, you will be based in Denver, CO. The Operations Manager oversees daily CAM operations to ensure timely, accurate loan coding reviews, validations, and Quality Control (QC) activities, including monitoring work in progress through the CLASS All Service Record (SR) Report, ensuring consistent adherence to QC processes (initial review, peer QC, rework, and escalation), validating data accuracy via the CAM Team Dashboard, reconciling TIM with employee timesheets, completing CLASS service record attestations, and running iLearn compliance reports to ensure training completion, while partnering with Operations Supervisors to manage staffing coverage during peak periods, monitoring rework trends to reduce repeat errors and mitigate risk, overseeing onboarding and ongoing CAM training, serving as process owner for CAM procedures such as the Loan Coding Definitions Guide (LCDG), collaborating with QC partners to maintain current job aids and study guides, managing CAM’s role in quarter end activities including the Federal Reserve 14Q submission, acting as the escalation point for complex loan coding and cross functional issues, communicating underwriting and CDP issues to appropriate partners, and providing clear, timely updates to leadership on performance, risk, capacity, and training progress, supported by strong system knowledge (CLASS, ACBS, E!LMS, CSX), adherence to SOPs, a results oriented and process improvement mindset, accountability, sound judgment, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
