About The Position
Groundhog Turf Care in Derry, NH is hiring a full-time Operations Manager who thrives on accountability, efficiency, and team leadership. As our Operations Manager, you'll earn a competitive salary of $50,000–$70,000 annually. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with daily reporting to a central location before heading to service areas. In this role, you'll oversee production technicians, ensuring routes run smoothly, services meet high standards, and operations stay efficient. You'll coach and support your crew, troubleshoot challenges, and make real-time decisions that impact service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- NH Pesticide License (Category G2)
- At least 1 year of turf care experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check
