We're growing fast and looking for a Morgantown, WV based Operations Manager who's passionate about leading and developing people, optimizing processes, and creating a positive, high-performing equipment service centers. As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy equipment rental branch - ensuring exceptional customer service, safety, and team performance. You'll be the driving force behind our local success, leading by example and empowering your team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

Proven experience managing multiple departments including operations, service, or technical teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of fleet management (dispatching and scheduling), rental operations, or related industries.
Ability to analyze data, improve processes, and meet performance goals.
A passion for safety, teamwork, and creating a positive work culture.
Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant management experience.
