We're growing fast and looking for a Morgantown, WV based Operations Manager who's passionate about leading and developing people, optimizing processes, and creating a positive, high-performing equipment service centers. As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy equipment rental branch - ensuring exceptional customer service, safety, and team performance. You'll be the driving force behind our local success, leading by example and empowering your team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multiple departments including operations, service, or technical teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of fleet management (dispatching and scheduling), rental operations, or related industries.
  • Ability to analyze data, improve processes, and meet performance goals.
  • A passion for safety, teamwork, and creating a positive work culture.
  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of equipment service technicians and office professionals.

  • Oversee scheduling, equipment readiness, and workflow efficiency.

  • Manage budgets, costs, and performance metrics.
