About The Position
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can oversee jobs from start to finish — manage crews, schedule work, control costs, ensure safety and quality, and keep clients informed.
Requirements
- Experience managing asphalt, paving or related sitework projects (ideally 3+ years)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license (travel between job sites)
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and deliver results
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects according to scope, schedule, and budget
- Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and equipment
- Maintain quality assurance, enforce safety protocols, and resolve onsite issues
- Communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
