The Operations Manager - Site will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of the establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service), conducting quality audits, and managing inventories of supplies and equipment. The Operations Manager will also investigate new and improved equipment and methods, review customer requests, implement organization policies and goals, and analyze budget requests. Additionally, this role assists in promoting services to develop new markets, inspects plants, and evaluates the use of space and facilities. The position involves assisting with plans, budgets, and schedules for modifications, ensuring site budget goals are met, and developing long-range plans and conceptual designs. Coordination of program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and compilation of data for estimates are key responsibilities. The role requires maintaining and reporting on the financial aspects of the business, ensuring a safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Operations Manager acts as a liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors, maintains contract and contractor status databases, and reviews correspondence concerning contractors. Conducting and attending meetings to communicate effectively with all stakeholders is essential. The role also involves assisting with human resource concerns and issues, and some travel is required.
