We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Edmonton (Acheson) branch. This role is responsible for overseeing Service, Parts, and Rental operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and best-in-class customer experience. You will partner closely with the Regional Vice President and lead a team of department managers to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous improvement. You’re a hands-on leader with a strong background in utility equipment, heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, or similar industries. You know how to run a high-performing shop, build strong teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in accountability, safety, and operational excellence—and you lead by example.
