Requirements

  • Experience in a service-based business preferred

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and coach office and sales staff
  • Set performance goals and hold the team accountable
  • Conduct reviews and build a high-performance culture
  • Drive recurring revenue and corporate accounts

  • Align marketing and sales efforts
