About The Position

This role reports to the Warehouse General Manager and is responsible for leading the second shift of 25-30 associates in a cross-dock operation, picking and packing orders for customers. The Operations Manager will directly support the Retail Consolidation business, ensuring on-time deliveries to retailers by coordinating with other shift leaders, the freight operations team, customer service, and drivers. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, data-driven, and focused on continuous improvement for themselves, the operation, and their team.

Requirements

3+ years of Operations Manager experience or 5-8 years as a Warehouse Supervisor within a 3PL/ Crossdock environment
Comfort with technology, to include MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Strong communication skills
The ability to focus under pressure
Willingness to work evening shifts and overtime shifts, when required

Nice To Haves

Experience with multiple warehouse management systems
Bachelor's degree
Spanish Language Proficiency

Responsibilities

Leading the second shift consisting of 25-30 front line associates who support a cross-dock operation and pick / pack orders for our diverse array of customers
Directly support Retail Consolidation business, driving on-time deliveries to world class retailers.
Coordinate with other shift leaders to ensure smooth flow of freight in and out of the building, the freight operations team, customer service, and drivers
