We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-centered Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our center. This role is critical to the success of the location. You will work closely with clinical leadership, support staff, and families to ensure operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with RCG’s high standards of care.
