We don’t just create housing, we create homeownership opportunities for low and moderate income residents. Join our movement! ABOUT THE SAN FRANCISCO COMMUNITY LAND TRUST The San Francisco Community Land Trust (SFCLT) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to create permanently affordable housing for low-to-moderate-income people through community ownership of the land. Guided by the principles of anti-displacement and racial justice, SFCLT stabilizes neighborhoods and creates greater access to housing and homeownership opportunities with a focus on BIPOC communities previously excluded from access to wealth, and in particular, access to homeownership opportunities. SFCLT currently owns and operates 16 permanently affordable properties throughout San Francisco, including Chinatown, the Mission, the Tenderloin, the Richmond, South of Market, and Russian Hill. ABOUT THE OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE SFCLT is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the organization's core administrative and operational functions. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations across human resources, office management, technology systems, board administration, finance support, and organizational events. This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role that serves as the operational backbone of the organization. The Operations Manager develops and maintains efficient systems, coordinates cross-functional workflows, and ensures staff have the tools, resources, and support they need to do their best work. By managing recurring operational processes with accuracy and consistency, this role enables the Executive Director to focus on strategic leadership and organizational growth.
